As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details before finalising your order. Any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Murf Electric Bikes are not liable for stolen parcels if a safe drop is requested or if delivery instructions specify leaving the parcel unattended.
