The Murf Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why at Murf Electric Bikes Australia, we offer a 30 day return policy on purchases subject to the terms & conditions below:

Returns Eligibility:
Returns of all purchases must be received by Murf Australia within 30 days of the original date of purchase of the item and must meet the following conditions:

1. Electric Bike returns must have less than 5km on the odometer;
2. All purchase returns must be in like new condition and free from obvious use, dirt, dust, sand, water or other substance;
3. All purchase returns must be returned in the original packaging (all cardboard and foam) and condition that it was received in;
4. All purchase returns must include all items that were included inside the original packaging/box (charger, keys etc.);
5. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees. Murf Australia will email you a prepaid shipping return label and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The purchaser will provide all necessary assistance to ensure scheduling for collection or posting and provide the tracking information as required by us.

Subject to strict compliance with the above terms and conditions, Murf Australia will process refunds within 14 days after receipt of the Bike return or other item return, and completion of inspection. No returns after 30 days from the original date of purchase.

All pre-order bikes can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before pick up or shipping. Any request for a cancellation of the order must be received at least 3 business days before the scheduled date for shipping or in-store pick up. After shipping or in-store pick up, no changes can be made to your order and any return would be processed under the Murf Return Policy above.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gifted orders
- Demo or used bikes 

Prior to Return:
Customers must obtain written approval from Murf Electric Bikes before
initiating a return. Returns sent without prior consent will not be refunded, and customers will bear the associated shipping fees.

Non-Approved Returns:
Non-returnable items sent without approval from our Customer Experience team will be promptly returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
